New Palanhar Registration process by SSO

Applicant can apply for new regisration through E-mitra Kiosk or self Portal online. For this scheme applicant should eligible for this application.

Eligibility:

Orphan Child.
Childrens of dead/punished or life imprisonment parents by justice process.
Children of parents with AIDS.
Child of destitute widow.
Child of remarried widow mother.
Child of mother/father suffering from leprosy.
Children of disabled parents.


Documents:

Identity proof(like aadhar card,voter id,pan card,driving licience etc)
Addreess proof(like voter id, ration card,narega card,domacile certificate etc)
Bhamashah card(issuig by rajasthan State Govt.)
Recently passport size snaps(photo)-Applicant and child both
Birth certificate of child
Education certificate issued by School
Certificate issued by parshad/Sarpanch/other
Income Certificate
Domacile Certificate
Bank passbook
BPL card if relats to BPL family
