Labour Department is one of the oldest and important Departments of the Government of Rajasthan. The main responsibility of the Department is to protect and safeguard the interests of workers in general and those who constitute the poor, deprived and disadvantage sections of the society, in particular, with due regard to creating a healthy work environment for higher production and productivity. Government’s attention is also focused on promotion of welfare and providing social security to the labour force both in organized and unorganized sectors, in tandem with the process of liberalization. These objectives are sought to be achieved through implementation of various labour laws, which regulate the terms and conditions of service and employment of workers.

1. Beedi and Ceegar Workers(Conditions of Employment ) Act

  • Financial resources of the employer (e.g.- Particulars and Value of Movable and * Immovable Properties,Bank Reference, Income Tax Assesment Etc)

    How to Apply Online

    First go to http://ldms.rajasthan.gov.in/. The LDMS Web Site provides a short introductory page,
    followed by the login page. This login page is the common login interface for all LDMS users.

 Already registered users may enter their username and password in the login window, select the language and click on ‘Login’.

 Personal Details:-

  • First Name: First Name is the name of the person who wants to register in the system. For e.g. in case of Ramprasad Sharma,first name will be “Ramprasad”. This is a mandatory field. User will not be able to submit the data if he does not fill this field.
  • Last Name: Last Name is the surname of the person who wants to register in the system. For e.g. in case of Ramprasad Sharma, last name will be “Sharma”. This is a mandatory field. User will not be able to submit the data if he does not fill this field.
  • Email ID: Email ID is the email id of the person who wants to register in the system. This is a mandatory field. User will not be able to submit the data if he does not fill this field. All the communication related to LDMS will be sent to this email id. So, it is important that the email id entered should be correct.
  • Date of Birth: Date of Birth is the field where the user needs to select his birthday. On clicking on this field, a calendar opens up as shown below.

 Fill all the detail as required in the given online application form.After personal detail.

  • Fill Site description where applicant/you work.( In this field you have fill up employer -Name,Mobile No.,Address etc.)

  • After that You have to fill up  family member detail(Name,Relation,Age,Education etc.)


  • After above should fill up carefully another most important detail that is Nomini datail (Name,Relation,Address, Age, Partition in Benificiery amount etc.)


  • Then, Upload - Applicant Form, Photo,- Age proof and other document,-construction labour certificate.


  • After all select Area/District Labour Office. Mark on Agree/termsand conditions.

Then Finally Submit Your application.


  • After sucessfully submission You get a Token No./Registration No./Aplication No. which is usefull for further use.


This is process of submission of application.



  • On verification and your application get verified then that will came return to you for make payment.

Then make Payment for the same and print registration certificate.
